We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis. In this position, you will lead a large team ensuring adherence to baseline values for all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities
  • Lead a large FP&A team ensuring adherence to baseline values for all SLAs and KPIs.
  • Responsible for yearly financial planning, monthly forecasting of revenue and all cost lines including head count, compensation grid, capacity optimization, efficiency targets, utilization levels etc.
  • Supervise your team's targets/budgets and course corrections against plan Vs actual, Client wise presentation of monthly Financials and key financial levers.
  • Manage multiple partners and be responsible for supporting the metrics reporting for the relevant process.
  • Be a people manager and involving in hiring, structured learning path, operations mentor for the team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis and should have managed an ideal team size of 50 resources. You should also have good analytical and problem solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions.

Required qualifications include CA Inter / ICWA Inter / Post Graduate / MBA Finance (B.Com Graduation). Preferred qualifications include very good written and communication skills, proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel, and macros / VBA an added advantage.
