As a key member of our Technology Sustain Team, we are seeking a talented Labour Overhead Product Owner to lead the development and maintenance of our global LO Solution. This innovative system utilizes automated forecasting for personnel costs, requiring a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and agile project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Ownership: Develop and implement the overall LO process strategy, setting clear goals and objectives for the LO solution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time, including gathering assumptions, validating calculations from established financial models, and managing user-facing tools.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support for the global LO Solution, performing hands-on coding in Python, running SQL queries, and maintaining Power BI reports. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to ensure seamless system operation.
  • Stakeholder & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of analysts, balancing competing priorities and advising the Technology team on process improvements. Coordinate cycle timings with key stakeholders and manage user access and training.
  • Continuous Improvement: Manage continuous improvement initiatives for the LO Solution, supporting and maintaining interfaces, ensuring data privacy, and updating documentation and user training materials. Monitor KPIs and project budgets to drive business outcomes.
  • Agile & Project Delivery: Utilize Agile methodologies to manage competing priorities and deliver a plan of action when unplanned events occur. Apply knowledge of software development and user access processes to drive efficient project delivery.
