Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Auditor to join our team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the adherence to quality standards across projects, driving continuous improvement through methodological applications, and conducting thorough internal audits.

  • Derive and own Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various projects, ensuring their completeness, accuracy, and practical applicability.
  • Monitor and ensure strict adherence to documented procedures and instructions across all project phases and activities.
  • Champion the adoption of methodological tools and applications to enhance project quality and efficiency.
  • Provide dedicated support and guidance to project teams on quality-related matters and process improvements.
  • Proactively follow up on project quality tasks, ensuring timely completion and resolution of identified issues.
  • Perform comprehensive internal audits in accordance with established procedures, identifying areas of non-conformance and opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) by providing feedback and insights from audit findings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a quality-focused role.
  • A solid understanding of Quality ISO Standards, with particular emphasis on ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems).
  • Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of project deliveries through relevant metrics.
  • Primary understanding of problem-solving methodologies and risk management principles.
  • Graduation or Master's degree (B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc, or any relevant degree in Quality Management or a related field).
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
