About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and other related tools.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of testing processes and methodologies, as well as experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver. They should also be proficient in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.

In this role, you will work closely with the development and quality assurance teams to identify test requirements, develop test cases, and implement test automation solutions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and related tools/frameworks.
  • Executing automated test suites, analyzing results, identifying defects, and recommending improvements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather detailed test requirements and fully understand application functionality.
  • Continuously enhancing and optimizing test automation frameworks, tools, and processes for scalability and efficiency.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree / BE/B.Tech or equivalent in a technical field.
  • Strong knowledge of testing processes and methodologies.
  • Proven experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
  • Experience with automation frameworks such as TestNG, BDD, and Cucumber.
  • Familiarity with defect management tools like JIRA.
  • Good working knowledge of Agile development processes.
