Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Automation professional with expertise in Salesforce and nCino to join our quality engineering team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing test automation frameworks, creating and executing automation test scripts, and collaborating with teams to review requirements and user stories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement test automation frameworks for Salesforce and nCino applications.
  • Create, maintain, and execute automation test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Collaborate with teams to review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of nCino modules and validate Salesforce Lightning, APIs, and integrations with external systems.
  • Ensure test coverage across UI, API, data, and performance testing.
  • Define and track quality metrics and identify defects.
  • Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to best practices in automation.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and deployment.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of QA experience with at least 4+ years in Salesforce QA and nCino projects.
  • Strong knowledge of nCino modules and banking workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing frameworks.
  • Experience in API testing.
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools.
  • Familiarity with data validation and ETL testing for Salesforce integrations.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
