We are seeking an expert in workflow automation to design and implement a cutting-edge sales and lead generation process.

The ideal candidate will have experience building complex workflows in n8n, integrating third-party services via API, and crafting robust expressions and light code to parse and map data between nodes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement the end-to-end workflow in n8n, ensuring reliability and scalability.
  2. Integrate various third-party services via API, including Google Sheets, OpenAI, Apollo.io, and web scraping services.
  3. Implement error handling and logging within the n8n workflow.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine prompts for AI nodes to ensure high-quality, personalized outputs.
  5. Provide clear documentation on the workflow's setup and maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Expertise in n8n: Proven experience building complex workflows in n8n is essential.
  2. API Integration: Strong proficiency in REST APIs, JSON payloads, and authentication.
  3. AI Integration: Experience integrating LLMs like GPT-4 into automated workflows.
  4. Web Scraping & Enrichment: Familiarity with web scraping and data enrichment concepts and tools.
  5. Problem-Solving: Ability to debug complex automation issues and think critically to find solutions.
  6. Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data mapping and workflow logic to ensure accuracy.

Nice-to-Haves:

  1. Experience in sales/marketing automation.
  2. Basic JavaScript knowledge for use in n8n's Function node.
  3. Familiarity with Google Sheets functions and formulas.
