Accounting Professional

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to handle daily accounting tasks, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support management with accurate financial reporting.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily accounting tasks like Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and ledger entries
  • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and MIS reports
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing and reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, ITR, and other statutory requirements
  • Manage inventory accounting and cost analysis
  • Support audits with proper documentation
  • Generate reports as needed by management
  • Process entries like contra, journal, receipt, and payment
  • Work with teams to optimize costs and improve processes
  • Follow accounting standards and company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 2–3 years of accounting experience, must have worked under a CA or in a CA firm
  • Proficient in Tally (knowledge of Zoho or other ERP tools is a plus)
  • Good understanding of AP/AR, GST, MIS reporting, and compliances
  • Experience with inventory accounting is preferred (F&V domain is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting tools
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular accounting tasks such as AR/AP entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation of accounts
  • Prepare and submit accurate financial statements and MIS reports for decision-making purposes
  • Collaborate with the audit team to ensure all necessary documentation is maintained and up-to-date
  • Develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex accounting issues efficiently
