Job Title: Assistant Manager - Finance

A seasoned finance professional is required to lead the financial services division. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and be able to drive excellence in financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely compliance with Companies Act 2013, including filings under AOC-4, MGT-7A, Form 8, Form 11, and DPT-03.
  • Manage corporate restructuring and statutory filings, drafting board resolutions and maintaining statutory registers.
  • Coordinate with clients and regulatory bodies on ROC-related matters, performing bank reconciliations and ensuring accurate maintenance of Books of Accounts.
  • Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-1A, GSTR-3B) and annual returns (GSTR-9, GSTR-9C).
  • Manage CMP-08 returns and GST refund processing, liaising with GST officers for clarifications and follow-ups.
  • Compute and manage advance tax, TDS deductions, and ITR filings, handling MAT calculations, tax refund processes, and deferred tax analysis.
  • Coordinate tax audit procedures and manage documentation for scrutiny cases.
  • Ensure adherence to FEMA regulations for applicable clients, managing foreign remittance reporting, FIRC/FCGPR filings, and coordinating with AD banks.
  • Oversee compliance with UAE VAT laws and ESR (Economic Substance Regulations), ensuring adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) requirements.
  • Assist clients with registration and reporting obligations under the UAE Corporate Tax regime, coordinating with UAE Free Zone Authorities and other regulatory bodies as required.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with RBI regulations for foreign investments, external commercial borrowings (ECBs), and ODI/FDI filings.
  • Prepare and submit relevant forms such as FC-GPR, FC-TRS, and APR, liaising with AD Category-I banks for RBI-related reporting and approvals.
  • Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting systems, preparing financial statements, trial balances, and MIS reports.
