Job Title: Senior Test Lead

We are seeking a senior test professional to lead user acceptance testing efforts. This role ensures that platforms meet business requirements and deliver seamless experiences for sales teams and end-users.

  • Define the scope, objectives, and success criteria of user acceptance testing aligned with sales workflows.
  • Develop user acceptance testing plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing goals with sales operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales platforms.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or similar tools.
  • Working experience on sales setup, configuration, and validation.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum methodologies.
  • API integration testing.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • 2+ years in UAT/test management roles.
  • Experience in testing CRM workflows and third-party integrations and API.
  • Exposure to mobile and web-based sales tools.
