Job Overview:

We manufacture customized products to help end-customers make an impression. We face the challenge of producing and delivering customized products on time and at the lowest possible cost.

Fulfillment Domain enables production and delivery of near-zero defect, mass-customized products through highly custom manufacturing systems and logistics and shipping systems.

As a Principal Product Manager, you will work in a unique space combining ecommerce fulfillment, manufacturing, and logistics, faced with problems including production planning, material management, machine integration, and shipping frameworks.

You'll lead usability efforts to drive meaningful customer experiences through our fulfillment product, including curating onboarding and user journeys for a broad set of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the end-to-end strategy and execution for the fulfillment product rollout.
  • Defining and driving the onboarding and setup experience for new customers and users.
  • Designing and documenting end-to-end walkthroughs of core workflows and processes, ensuring clarity and usability.

You'll collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to define user journeys that support real-world goals like cost efficiency, reliability, and speed.

Requirements:

  • Over 12 years of professional experience.
  • 7+ years in Product Management, leading product rollout strategies and enhancing usability.
