Strategic HR Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic HR Lead to join our team.

  • This is a leadership role that will oversee the entire Human Resources function, focusing on strategic initiatives and employee development.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies that align with business objectives. They will also possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company's overall business objectives
  • Oversee the recruitment and talent management process, ensuring that the right people are in the right roles at the right time
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
