Financial Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of sustainable growth for our business, customers, and brands.

  • Partner with commercial teams to drive franchise business growth through effective collaboration and timely closure of commercial arrangements.
  • Support contract execution, updates, and renewals in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Enable AOP delivery on volume, NSV, and pricing by providing accurate and timely financial data.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and billing processes are followed.
  • Cross-verify royalty calculations and other commercial terms in line with contracts.
  • Validate partner-reported data and highlight any discrepancies.
  • Assist in managing franchise partner accounts, including payment reconciliation and clearing of entries.
  • Act as a query response mechanism for the DBSI team, providing business context for timely resolution of queries.
  • Prepare finance committee and executive committee documents, including Franchise BPM reports.
  • Fulfill various ad hoc reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal finance, legal, and sales teams to ensure smooth operational execution.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CA/CA Inter/CMA 2-3 years of experience in commercial finance, business operations, or franchise management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong process adherence.
  • Strong business partnering and collaboration skills.
  • Exposure to ERP systems like SAP.
