About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Tester to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for testing and validating MS Dynamic CRM + TOSCA systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test and validate MS Dynamic CRM + TOSCA systems to ensure they meet business requirements
  • Coordinate with development teams to provide better understanding of business users' needs
  • Document business requirements and review them with business and technology teams
  • Resolve queries related to requirements and address users' questions
  • Work on Agile or Waterfall approach depending on business requirements
  • Develop acceptance criteria for test cases and scenarios
  • Ensure SSRS reporting services experience

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant
  • Minimum 2 years experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM 2016/2015
  • Strong skills in MS CRM Sales Service and Marketing modules
  • Familiarity with application integrations knowledge with MS CRM
  • Good communication skills and ability to address users' questions
