Job Title: Mechanical Incharge

As a mechanical incharge, you will be responsible for the successful execution of wind turbine projects.

  • Plan and execute daily site activities based on project timelines and specifications.
  • Manage crane planning, mobilization, and heavy material movement to ensure efficient site operations.
  • Supervise installation activities, allocating work to contractors and engineers while monitoring labor, tools, and equipment.
  • Conduct site inspections and verify material readiness, safety, and compliance to ensure timely project completion.
  • Ensure proper execution of internal line works and survey-based layouts, coordinating contractor attendance and skill card verification.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Approve crane movement routes and validate lift planning to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Validate the fitness of lifting tools, jigs, and fixtures to prevent equipment damage.
  • Lead the establishment and operation of site repair facilities, providing necessary support to field teams.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in wind project execution and be willing to work across Pan India, possessing excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
