Job Title: Client Relationship Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to join our esteemed organization as a Client Relationship Executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, exceptional client handling skills, and a keen understanding of the legal industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth for the organization.
  • Preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborating with the legal team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities in the legal industry.
  • Attending networking events and conferences to promote the organization's services.
  • Representing the organization on various networking platforms and social media.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and business development activities.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of business development strategies.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Legal knowledge or a law degree is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience working with law firms is advantageous.
