Job Overview

The Branch Manager is responsible for leading a team to achieve business objectives, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and deliver high-quality service standards, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and deposit growth.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet cross-selling targets for non-deposit products, MF, and insurance products.
  3. Manage fee income generation and branch administration to ensure optimal performance.
  4. Maintain regulatory compliance and adhere to internal policies and procedures.
  5. Lead the branch team to achieve productivity goals and foster a positive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience with 12-18 years of tenure.
  • Hold an MBA or CA/CAIB qualification.
  • Effective leadership skills, with a tactical approach.
  • Ability to analyze financial instruments, markets, and economic processes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with product management, marketing, and other teams.
Preferred Qualities:
  • Strategic thinker.
  • In-depth understanding of customer needs and expectations.
