Quality Assurance Manager

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading quality assurance initiatives across medical billing operations. Your primary goal will be to ensure process excellence and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Process Standards: Develop and monitor quality standards across Medical Billing, AR follow-up, and denial management.
  • Conduct Regular Audits: Conduct audits, reviews, and root cause analyses to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with operations, training, and compliance teams to drive process improvements.
  • Develop Performance Metrics: Create and track quality metrics such as accuracy, compliance scores, productivity impact, and SLA adherence.
  • Provide Feedback and Coaching: Offer feedback, coaching, and training to team members to enhance performance.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of experience in RCM/medical billing quality function, a strong understanding of quality frameworks and audit methodologies, and US healthcare regulations. A proven track record in driving quality initiatives and achieving measurable improvements is essential. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills are also required.
