Job Title: Data Quality Assurance Leader

This is a leadership role within the Data Quality Assurance team, focusing on ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills in data structures, databases, and scripting languages. Experience with data quality tools and platforms, as well as cloud services such as AWS, is also required.

Key Responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive data quality strategy, defining standards and best practices for data quality assurance processes, and leading efforts to profile and analyze data across systems.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Data Test Automation, Data Comparison and Validation, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of data structures, databases, DB Procedures, Packages, and Functions.
  • Familiarity with data quality tools and platforms for profiling, cleansing, and monitoring data.
  • Proficient in SQL and scripting languages for data analysis and validation.
  • Experience with cloud services such as AWS.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and solve data quality issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills to guide and inspire a team focused on data quality.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Awareness of data security principles and practices.
