Job Description:

You will lead the development of strategic solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical guidance to the team.

  • Lead the development of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that meet their needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to the development team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Mentor and coach developers to strengthen their skills and knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the Low-Code Team.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and scalable to meet business needs.
  • Closely collaborate with the Product Architect on solution designs to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner and Product Architect to prioritize development activities and ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Additional responsibilities include managing project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements within the development team, improving developer velocity, and enhancing DevOps processes.

Governance and Security:

Responsibilities include leading the development of governance guardrails and processes, taking a lead role in governance boards, defining and maintaining the Governance Plan, and ensuring the platform remains secure and compliant.

  • Develop governance guardrails and processes to ensure a secure and compliant self-service Power Platform environment.
  • Take a lead role in governance boards to align with various stakeholders across the organization on governance strategies and decisions.
  • Define and maintain the Governance Plan to ensure it is up-to-date and reflects current best practices and Power Platform Strategy.
  • Identify and improve governance processes to keep the platform secure and compliant.
  • Identify processes that can be automated to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Define tasks and create work instructions for individuals responsible for governance-related activities.
  • Coordinate updates from Microsoft to ensure compliance and leverage new features effectively.
  • Be a key decision maker together with the Product Owner and Product Architect on upcoming Platform changes and feature requests.
  • Responsible for Environment Strategy of the platform and ensure guidelines are followed.
