Robotics Application Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled robotics application specialist to join our team in Nashik, India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support to channel partners and end users via email, telephone, or on-site visits.
  • Develop and deliver technical training curriculums for channel partners and conduct technical workshops for end users.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide robotic application support and consultations to channel partners.
  • Maintain and develop partners' and users' technical knowledge and competencies in robots and applications.
  • Prepare and translate technical documentation as needed.
  • Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and seminars to promote products and services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering-related subject.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in the robotics or automation industry.
  • Proven expertise in designing and integrating robotic applications.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnosing skills, with proficiency in high-level programming languages such as C++, Java, Python, or Lua.
  • Strong computer and interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
