Responsibilities:

  3. Manage content creation, approval processes, and publication schedules to maintain a strong online presence.
  4. Collaborate with external agencies to ensure high-quality content is produced on time and meets brand standards.
  5. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities and alignment with business objectives.
  6. Monitor and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights to inform future marketing efforts.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve marketing strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, with a track record of driving results-oriented campaigns.
  • Exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong content writing and editing abilities, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of prior work experience in marketing, business development, communications, or similar roles (preferably in events, entertainment, or lifestyle industries).
