Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking an experienced Pricing Analyst to work on pricing strategies for airlines that meet market demand and customer expectations.
  • The primary focus of this role is to identify problems, recommend solutions, document requirements, and communicate the direction of new and existing products.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years' experience in the travel industry (preferably with an airline reservation system, GDS, or travel agency).
  • Explicit ATPCO Automated Rules processing including automated reissues (Cat 31) and refunds (Cat 33).
  • Strong overall knowledge of ATPCO fares, pricing, and data application.
  • Strong business requirements gathering and documentation capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of IATA Fare Construction a plus and experience in gathering functional requirements and writing functional requirement documents.

Pricing Expertise:

  • Working with airlines directly to provide innovative solutions for shopping, pricing, reissues, and refunds using ATPCO fares and rules.
  • Managing projects through concept, development, and implementation, with a focus on shopping, pricing, reissues, and refunds.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Creating project requirements documents and high-level workflow technical design documentation for implementation of systems and applications projects.
  • SUPPORTING implementation and launch to market, including managing pilots and beta tests.

About This Role:

  • This role requires expertise in ATPCO Automated Rules processing and strong understanding of ATPCO fares, pricing, and data application.
  • Experience in managing projects from concept to implementation is also required.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience in the travel industry are necessary qualifications.
