We are seeking a seasoned contract professional with deep expertise in international arbitration, risk mitigation, and contract management. The ideal candidate will bring strategic legal insight, negotiation prowess, and a proven track record of handling complex claims and contractual matters across global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead international arbitration proceedings, ensuring alignment with global legal standards.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate high-value commercial contracts.
  • Vet contracts from a legal and risk perspective, ensuring compliance and enforceability.
  • Handle INCO terms, freight agreements, and vessel-related legal documentation.
  • Analyse potential liabilities and implement strategies for cost reduction and risk mitigation.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognised institution.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of post-qualification experience in a large manufacturing company.
  • Strong understanding of international arbitration, maritime claims, INCO terms, and commercial law.
