Engineering Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our development team in Coimbatore, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and be proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development.

This is a leadership role that requires the ability to architect scalable solutions, implement secure and efficient n-tier web architecture, and mentor team members in Agile methodologies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing user-centered design and usability expertise, as well as deploying and supporting product implementations.
