Job Title : Senior Software Developer

Key Responsibilities :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team at ProPMO Services Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on network management systems and telecom technologies.

Requirements :

- 5-6 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in the NMS or Telecom domain.

- Strong technical expertise in network management systems and telecom technologies.

- Excellent programming skills and experience across the software development lifecycle.

Technical Skills :

1. Domain Expertise :

- 2 to 4 years of experience in software development, with at least 1 year of recent experience in the NMS or Telecom domain.

- Strong experience in development within the NMS/EMS Telecom domain.

- Understanding of OSS/NMS-related standards and telecom technologies.

2. Network Management :

- Experience with network management concepts such as Inventory Management, Fault Management, Performance Management, and Configuration Management.

- Proficiency in network management protocols including SNMP, XML, REST/JSON, TL1, and ASCII.

3. Programming and Development :

- Strong foundation in programming concepts, with a solid grasp of data structures and algorithms.

- Experience in the software development life cycle (SDLC).

- Additional experience in Python programming is preferred.

Soft Skills :

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
