Production Operations Manager

Manage daily production activities on Pultrusion and molding lines (SMC, DMC, BMC, Hand Lay-up).

Ensure compliance with production schedules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.

Monitor and control production parameters – resin mixing, mold preparation, curing, trimming, and finishing.

C coordinate with the QA/QC department for in-process quality checks and corrective actions.

Maintain production records, logbooks, and shift reports.

Train, guide, and monitor workers/operators to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

Implement and maintain 5S and workplace discipline across assigned lines.

Support preventive maintenance planning and raw material requirement reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical, Polymer, or Production Engineering.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in FRP manufacturing processes - specifically Pultrusion, SMC, DMC, BMC, and Hand Lay-up.

Key Skills: Technical understanding of composite manufacturing, team handling, problem-solving, process monitoring.
