Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Oracle Finance Cloud Implementation Lead. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Finance Cloud and be able to provide expert guidance on its implementation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with both offshore and onshore client engagements, implementing and supporting Oracle Finance Cloud. They will work closely with customers to understand their business processes and map them to Oracle Finance Products.

The role involves configuring Finance Cloud software to support customer business requirements, architecting solutions for complex business needs, and performing unit testing to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities include designing and testing automations and integrations, performing quality reviews of deliverables developed by team members, and communicating with project managers and colleagues to facilitate timely and budget-friendly project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience monitoring, tuning, and changing complex applications to optimize product performance. They must also possess excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be highly collaborative, team-oriented, and committed to excellence.
