Drive organizational transformation as a Digital Culture Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embed bp's values in daily work practices through consistent communication and strategic initiatives. Develop an annual plan to reinforce cultural norms and execute key projects.
  • Create a highly engaging environment by driving initiatives for community building, networking opportunities, and staff motivation. Lead a team of champions and change agents to develop and roll out inspiring initiatives.
  • Design and deliver training programs focused on cross-cultural understanding, essential soft skills, and team collaboration. Lead the development and implementation of coaching and mentoring programs for team leaders and staff.
  • Ensure Ethics and Compliance (EC) adherence and promote a strong EC culture within the Hub. Support leadership with reporting and reviews of EC cases.
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with strategic thinking, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. Apply mixed methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, to drive delivery and navigate complexity.

Job Requirements

  • Strong leadership and project management skills with ability to drive complex initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in promoting company values and culture.
  • Ability to create and implement training programs with focus on cross-cultural understanding and essential soft skills.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful projects with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to apply mixed methodologies to drive delivery and navigate complexity.
