Job Description

We're seeking a professional to drive brand awareness and user growth through collaborations with content creators and influencers across social platforms.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, influencer trends, and relationship building.

The ideal candidate will identify, engage, and manage influencer partnerships to create impactful campaigns.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Negotiate collaborations, contracts, and deliverables with influencers/creators.
  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns to promote our brand and offerings.
  • Coordinate with content/design teams to provide briefs, creatives, and campaign assets.
  • Track influencer content performance, measure ROI, and optimize future partnerships.
  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers and agencies for long-term collaborations.

Key Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-video content ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort in analyzing campaign performance metrics.
