Offline Marketing Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive marketing lead to spearhead all on-ground efforts aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving student admissions.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and performance tracking of offline initiatives such as open houses, orientations, events, and activations. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing plan aligned with admission targets and brand positioning.
    • Identify key channels, locations, and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics.
    • Create quarterly and monthly activation calendars, timelines, and budgets.
  • Event Management & Execution
    • Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of events such as:
    • Open Houses and School Orientations
    • Community Outreach Programs and Activations
    • Interschool Competitions, Workshops, and Fairs
    • Kiosks, roadshows, and external education events
    • Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and event stakeholders.
  • Vendor & Partner Management
    • Identify and onboard relevant vendors, agencies, and community partners.
    • Handle negotiations, contracts, and vendor performance monitoring.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with:
    • Admissions Team – to ensure footfall translates into inquiries and conversions.
    • Creative/Content Teams – to produce effective marketing materials.
    • Digital Marketing Team – to align offline efforts with online campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    • Track ROI on events and channels, measuring metrics such as:
    • Footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
    • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.
    • 4–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education, events, or community engagement.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
    • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and planning tools.
