The Regional Coordinator role at Terre des Hommes is a strategic leadership position responsible for developing and implementing the organization's regional strategy for South Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child rights principles and international instruments, with a focus on South Asia.

Key responsibilities include leading the consolidation and expansion of Terre des Hommes' program in the region, managing and nurturing the regional team, and ensuring the efficient operation of the Pune-based Office. The successful candidate will also be expected to travel regularly to line manage direct reports based in the ROSA.

Required qualifications include a Master's degree in sociology, development studies, social sciences, humanities, journalism, management, or a related field. Experience in development programs, particularly in leadership roles within international NGOs, is highly desirable.
