Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Observability Engineer with expertise in designing and implementing scalable observability platforms, driving adoption of APM tooling, and embedding synthetic monitoring into modern service architectures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda) and Dynatrace.Key Responsibilities

  • Architect secure, resilient synthetic monitoring platforms across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
  • Lead the adoption of Dynatrace APM with standardized instrumentation and deployment models.
  • Define onboarding strategies for cloud, hybrid, and edge telemetry sources with a focus on synthetic monitoring.
  • Integrate observability tooling to deliver unified insights.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and develop custom synthetic monitoring solutions where needed.
  • Contribute to open-source or internal observability tooling/standards for synthetic monitoring.
  • Drive documentation, training, and cross-team knowledge sharing to strengthen monitoring practices.
  • Collaborate with application teams to embed synthetic monitoring into new service architectures.
Requirements & Skills

  • A minimum of 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace and Synthetic Monitoring.
  • Strong expertise in AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing observability solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Familiarity with other monitoring/observability tools is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
