As a Chartered Accountant, you will lead client-facing consulting engagements, working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges. You will provide financial and strategic advisory services, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk management.

You will also develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting in-depth financial analysis, including modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and performance assessments
  • Providing recommendations on financial performance optimization, internal controls, and profitability
  • Assisting clients with financial risk management and regulatory compliance
  • Leading and managing financial consulting projects, ensuring timely, within-scope, and within-budget delivery

You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior consultants and team members in their development. You will also foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing among team members, leading by example with ethical standards and best practices in consulting.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of financial statements, modeling, and performance analysis. You must also have proven ability to manage complex projects and lead teams. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills are essential, as well as strong communication and presentation skills.

The ideal candidate will have a Chartered Accountant (CA) or CMA qualification, with 3+ years' experience in finance, consulting, or auditing. Experience in financial analysis and advisory roles in varied industries is required. Proficiency in financial software, such as Excel or SAP, is also necessary.
