Job Title: Financial Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Planning and Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and balance sheets to stakeholders.
  2. Accounting and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  3. SAP Handling: Utilize SAP software to input data, generate reports, and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
  4. Payroll and Vendor Management: Process payroll, vendor payments, and budget allocations efficiently.
  5. Financial Analysis and Planning: Monitor institutional expenses, prepare forecasts, and develop strategies to optimize financial performance.
  6. Audit and Compliance: Ensure timely tax filings, audits, and compliance with financial regulations, minimizing risk exposure.
  7. Budget Preparation and Monitoring: Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation.
