AI Trainer Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as an AI Trainer. This role plays a strategic part in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality AI education programs.

  • Collaborate with the team to develop AI training programs aligned with real-world industry use cases.
  • Perform training needs analysis to identify learner skill gaps and design customized training roadmaps.
  • Incorporate open-source technologies into the training curriculum and encourage community-driven innovation.
  • Mentor learners through projects, live builds, and capstone assignments, ensuring practical skill acquisition.
  • Create training content, documentation, assessments, and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and learner feedback to enhance training impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven ability to design AI curriculum in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts.
  • Hands-on expertise with open-source AI/ML tools, including Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
  • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, engaging way.
  • Experience conducting training needs assessments and building personalized learning paths.
