Job Title: AIOPs Lead

About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in AIOPs, IT process automation, and artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Deploy AI/ML Models: Proficient in creating and implementing large language models (LLMs) and agentic AI architectures.
  • Programming Frameworks and ML Libraries: Experienced in using TensorFlow and other Python frameworks for machine learning.
  • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure platforms for infrastructure deployment.
  • Monitoring and Alerting Systems: Knowledgeable about modern monitoring tools to ensure infrastructure health and performance.
  • Automation Tools: Exposure to Ansible and RPA tools like UiPath for workflow optimization.
  • Service Desk Tools and ITSM Processes: Skilled in various service desk tools and ITSM processes for incident management.
  • Data Visualization: Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau and best practices.
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and articulation skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience in AIOPs, IT process automation, and artificial intelligence
  • Proficient in developing and deploying AI/ML models
  • Extensive hands-on experience with TensorFlow and other Python frameworks
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure platforms
  • Knowledgeable about modern monitoring tools
