Responsibilities Overview:- Deal Identification: Identify investors/LPs through networks, events, inbound leads, accelerators, and referrals.
- Investment Evaluation: Analyze business models, financials, traction, and scalability of potential investments.
- Due Diligence Support: Assist legal, financial, and compliance checks on shortlisted startups.
- Portfolio Development: Work with portfolio companies on fundraising, growth strategy, and performance tracking.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep dives into sectors, prepare market maps, and identify emerging opportunities.
- Fund Operations Assistance: Help with investment memos, reporting to LPs, and internal fund documentation.
- Ecosystem Representation: Represent Renate Capital at startup events, demo days, and founder meetings.
