About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Coffee Shop Expert to join our team at Horizon Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional coffee experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and brewed coffee to high standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, responding to customer inquiries, and making recommendations on coffee and food items.
  • Coffee Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of different coffee blends, brewing methods, and specialty drinks to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions and use a cash register or POS system accurately and securely.
  • Supply Management: Stock coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Coffee Industry Knowledge: Understanding of coffee production, roasting, and brewing processes.
  • Customer Service Skills: Experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
