Job Title: Creative Head

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced creative leader to oversee the visual and aesthetic direction of our brand across all marketing, retail, and communication channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio in product photography, design, branding, and video production. They will be responsible for defining and evolving our brand's visual identity and design language, while ensuring consistent quality and timeliness in campaign delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and evolving the brand's visual identity and design language.
  • Aligning all creative output with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
  • Conceptualizing and leading seasonal and thematic campaigns for launches, festivals, and collections.

  • Planning and supervising product, lifestyle, and editorial photoshoots at our Pithampur location.
  • Coordinating all video production, including product showcases, behind-the-scenes, brand stories, and reels.
  • Guiding art direction, shoot styling, prop planning, and set aesthetics.

Design Direction

The successful candidate will oversee the creation of all digital and print creatives, including website banners, emailers, social media posts, print ads, packaging, brochures, signage, and retail graphics.

They will supervise graphic designers, editors, and freelancers to ensure high-quality output that meets our brand standards.

Team & Vendor Management

The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a growing in-house creative team, while collaborating with external agencies, photographers, models, printers, and stylists.

They will manage timelines, budgets, and creative workflows effectively to ensure successful project delivery.

Cross-functional Collaboration

The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing, product, retail, and e-commerce teams to ensure aligned messaging and aesthetics.

They will contribute to product storytelling, catalog design, and retail presentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of creative experience, with at least 3 years in a creative leadership role.
  • Proven portfolio in product photography, design, branding, and video production.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility, attention to detail, and passion for design, interiors, and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video tools, and moodboard/storyboarding.
