Senior Director of Delivery Excellence

The Global Delivery Head will be responsible for overseeing the delivery vertical of a leading organization, driving business growth by enabling a successful delivery and solutioning process.
This key role will require strategic planning, project management, and leadership skills to ensure on-time and high-quality service delivery.
In addition, the individual must have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills to promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement a Delivery Strategy: Align with business goals, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage End-to-End Project Delivery: Adhere to scope, timelines, and resources while optimizing delivery processes.
- Owning P&L Responsibilities: Collaborate with finance on revenue forecasts, budgets, and cost management.
- Promote a Culture of High Performance: Value learning and quality, and foster a team environment that drives results.
- 25+ Years of Experience: Delivering large-scale complex programs in the Products and Services industry.
- Long-Standing Experience: Managing and delivering projects in the government sector.
- Full Delivery Life Cycle Expertise: From RFP and Bid processes through to execution.
- Strong Project Management Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
A proven track record in managing large, diverse teams and strong financial and business acumen are required for this position.
