About the Design Team

We're a team of UX designers focused on delivering intuitive, user-centric experiences across our digital platforms.

Our goal is to simplify complex financial journeys through thoughtful design and seamless interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead UX from research to prototyping and execution.
  • Design high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and refine design solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders for implementation.
  • Maintain information architecture and consistent UX patterns.
  • Presentation of design concepts and iteration based on feedback.
  • Leverage data, research tools, and AI to accelerate workflows.
  • Monitor UX metrics and improve design outcomes.
  • Stay updated with design trends and contribute to evolving the design strategy.

  • Drive design-led innovation to improve user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Create scalable, personalized UX systems tailored to user behavior and preferences.
  • Lead behavioral research across diverse personas.
  • Help define motion UX to enhance interactivity and engagement.
  • Set up AI-enabled workflows to boost design efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of professional experience in UX design.

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Architecture, or equivalent practical experience.
