API Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled API Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing end-to-end API integrations, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Lead API integrations with new and existing partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support integration processes.
- Define and communicate integration requirements clearly.
- Maintain and enhance integration roadmaps for key clients.
- Monitor and assess integration performance.
- Manage project timelines and stakeholder communications.
- Provide post-integration support.
- Minimum 3 years' experience delivering API integrations.
- Strong experience working with API-based systems and REST/JSON/XML protocols.
- Solid grasp of project management principles and proficiency with tools like Jira.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous integrations.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading API integrations, collaborating with internal teams, defining and communicating integration requirements, maintaining and enhancing integration roadmaps, monitoring and assessing integration performance, managing project timelines and stakeholder communications, and providing post-integration support.
