We are seeking a skilled IP-PBX installation professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with FortiVoice 50G2 systems and be proficient in networking and VoIP deployments.

The selected individual will be responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and validating the system. They will also conduct pre-installation checks to ensure network readiness, provide basic user/admin training, and hand over documentation upon completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure FortiVoice 50G2 systems.
  • Conduct pre-installation checks to guarantee network readiness.
  • Provide fundamental user/admin training.
  • Deliver comprehensive documentation upon project completion.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in IP-PBX systems, preferably Fortinet FortiVoice solutions.
  • L3-level proficiency in networking and VoIP implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure, DHCP, and static IP configuration.
  • Familiarity with FXO/FXS ports, PSTN integration, and call routing rules.
  • Ability to set up extensions, voicemail, call forwarding, and auto-attendant features.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and validation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to deliver end-user and admin training.
