Job Role: Product Sales Representative

At CapTalent HR, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Sales Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to Shaadi.com members to offer relevant products and services.

• Follow a defined sales process to convert free members into revenue-paying customers.

• Ensure call disposition comments are updated with relevant details after each call.

• Meet daily talktime targets and calls-to-be-done targets.

• Meet revenue targets and ensure lead-to-conversion ratios are met.

Requirements:

• 1 year of relevant sales or telesales experience.

• Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Clear diction and clarity in speech.

What You Will Do:

You will be responsible for making sales calls, following the defined sales process, and ensuring call disposition comments are updated. You will also be required to meet daily talktime targets and calls-to-be-done targets, as well as meet revenue targets and lead-to-conversion ratios.
