Pre-Sales Executive Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead the adoption of our platform and ensure seamless student experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Qualification:
    • Engage with students from various sources, assess their intent and eligibility, and disqualify those not meeting basic criteria.
    • Move qualified leads to counsellors for further guidance.
  • App & Portal Adoption:
    • Educate students on the benefits of using the app, including remote counselling, chat, real-time updates, and access to services.
    • Reinforce that the app is the only channel for document submission.
  • Document Collection & Readiness:
    • Guide students on required documents upfront.
    • Check for completeness and accuracy before transferring to counsellors.
    • Track pending documents in CRM and send timely reminders via the app.
  • Data Quality & CRM Hygiene:
    • Maintain accurate, updated lead information with mandatory fields completed.
    • Avoid duplication and ensure clear, concise notes are recorded for counsellors.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in similar roles. You should also be familiar with CRM systems and data management best practices.
