Customer IT Liaison Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer IT Liaison to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a career in customer-facing technology support. The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as a single point of contact for technology issues from strategic customers, triaging and preparing customer inquiries for team members or other work groups, monitoring and providing status updates to managers for all inflight issues, and maintaining detailed logs of customer inquiries and requests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Triage and prioritize customer issues based on complexity and urgency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Communicate status updates to customers and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and concepts
  • Experience working with LIS and EMR systems (e.g. Epic, Cerner/Oracle, Meditech)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
