We are seeking an experienced Atlassian expert to lead our technical team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and improve service delivery without unnecessary investment in new products.
  • Align Technology solutions with Operational areas to focus on practical delivery of solutions architecture.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for Atlassian Jira and Confluence and related Add-ons.
  • Provide regular updates of issues including supporting users with best practice advice.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, research, analyse and provide solutions to simple and medium-complexity problems encountered.
  • Proactively plan to assess new upcoming features on cloud and communicate to users wherever applicable.
  • Ensure operational requirements are matched in the delivery of services around standards and engineering.
  • Manage user access permissions per security guidelines.
  • Ensure effective communication across departments and geographically dispersed teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive expertise in analysing, troubleshooting, implementing and supporting Jira and Confluence Cloud.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud within a professional environment.
  • Aquaintance with Agile methodologies and cloud-based project management tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of security policies, user management, best practices and implementation.
  • Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills in a cloud-based setting.
  • Proficiency in Shell, Python and Groovy scripting for automating tasks.
  • Strong knowledge in creating reports on Jira Dashboards and EazyBI.
  • Outstanding implementation skills in managing Jira custom fields and workflow management.
  • Considerable experience in integrating Jira and Confluence with third-party tools.
  • Ability to identify and substitute unnecessary plugins.
