We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Tools & Frameworks Team. This position demands an exceptional individual with expertise in developing and scaling automated test infrastructure for cutting-edge storage solutions.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of skilled software engineers, guiding them in improving build-test pipelines for accelerated feature delivery.
  • Collaborate with global teams to optimize automation strategies, driving efficiency and innovation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across various locations, fostering seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and implement automation strategies that ensure scalable, resilient, and deterministic pipelines, streamlining processes and reducing complexities.
  • Address test flakiness, enhance pipeline stability, and improve test determinism, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Mentor and develop engineers, promoting technical excellence and career growth through personalized guidance and support.
  • Establish and leverage key metrics to refine automation processes, driving continuous improvement and optimization.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of technical management experience, leading software engineers while remaining hands-on.
  • 10+ years of software development experience in Python, Golang, or similar languages.
  • Proven expertise in managing projects throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • A deep understanding of automated test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable build-test automation.
