Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Test Lead to spearhead our mobile application testing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in mobile app testing, debugging with Charles Proxy and ADB commands.

This role requires a proactive individual capable of leading a QA team, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines. As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of 6 QA engineers, guaranteeing timely and accurate results.
  • Conducting comprehensive mobile application testing (Android & iOS) using expert-level knowledge of Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and debugging tools.
  • Developing and optimizing QA processes, test strategies, and best practices for mobile app testing.
  • Collaborating with developers and product teams to identify, debug, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Preparing test plans, test cases, and QA reports to ensure thorough coverage and quality releases.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7–9 years of total experience, with at least 2–3 years as a Test Lead/Team Lead.
  • Hands-on expertise in mobile application testing (manual and debugging).
  • Proficiency in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and mobile debugging tools.
  • Experience setting up QA processes and strategies for mobile application testing.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle management, and release cycles.
