The E-commerce Operations Executive plays a vital role in managing distribution operations, ensuring accurate order processing, maintaining Order-Delivery KPIs, and resolving escalations and GRN/RTV issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Accurately input order details into the order processing system or Excel.
  • Monitor and track order status from entry to delivery, addressing any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize order processing and delivery processes.
  • Respond promptly to queries and resolve quality-related concerns and deviations.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and related documents.
  • Generate reports on order processing performance and share insights with management.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices.
  • Coordinate with channel partners for RTV and related operations alignments.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in order processing, e-commerce operations, or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and order tracking tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and stakeholder management ability.
  • Effective communication and documentation skills.
